The Chris Story That Changed Everything

I discovered the missing piece in entrepreneurial success when I coached an 18-year-old university student through heating baked beans.

Like everyone else I lived with, Chris' parents had equipped him with a laptop and a car, but forgot to teach him how to feed himself.

That moment of watching a privileged young adult panic over basic survival sparked an 18-year mission.

I promised myself: my children would never be helpless adults.

Building Systems That Build Leaders

While building my online business as a tech VA, I was simultaneously building something more important in my kitchen: capable, confident future leaders.

The results by age 17:

  • Started a business at 12 after self-teaching Photoshop and Adobe Premiere Pro

  • At 13, managed cafe operations in Mexico, planning menus and executing service

  • At 16, generated 2.9 million Instagram views and secured brand partnerships

  • Demonstrated the entrepreneurial confidence that comes from practical mastery

This wasn't luck. This was systematic capability building from age 2.

Redefining the Standard of Success

Having experienced racism in the online spiritual space and tokenization as "the one Black person" at summits for optics, I've long been passionate about bringing awareness to racism in the online business world and being part of the solution.

As Co-Founder of The Flavor Room™, I now nurture and support diverse leaders and entrepreneurs of color who are often overlooked or tokenized in traditional business spaces.

The Flavor Room is for entrepreneurs who don't fit the mold - because the standard of entrepreneurship needs to change, and so does the face of who's leading it.

But my breakthrough came when I connected these two worlds: The same systems thinking that builds successful businesses could revolutionize family life.
