I work through writing, the kitchen, and lived experience.
Everything I offer begins from the same place: how food is carried, adapted, and understood across different contexts.
Writing
I write essays and features exploring the diaspora kitchen, food culture, and lived experience.
My work focuses on what is often left out — instinct, substitution, and the knowledge that is learned through doing rather than instruction.

The Kitchen
The kitchen is where this work becomes practical.
I develop recipes, meal structures, and approaches grounded in intuitive cooking — designed for real life, where ingredients change and certainty is not always available.
This is not about following steps.
It is about learning how to cook, anywhere.
Culture & Experience
I design and facilitate experiences that use food to explore identity, behaviour, and connection.
These are not traditional workshops.
They are structured, practical spaces where people engage with food as lived experience — how it shapes decision-making, communication, and understanding across different contexts.
This work is informed by my research into hidden systems, ethics, and behaviour, and is grounded in real-world application rather than theory.
