

1. BOOKING & PAYMENT
Payment Due: Full payment is required at time of booking to secure your workshop date.
Payment Methods: [Stripe/Credit/Debit Card/Direct Bank Transfer on Request]
Invoicing: Invoices are sent automatically at time of payment. No additional invoices required.
Cancellation by Lace: If Lace cancels the workshop within 24 hours of the scheduled time, full refund will be issued immediately. No exceptions.
2. SCHEDULING & RESCHEDULING
Reschedule Policy:
You may reschedule your workshop up to 2 times at no additional cost
Rescheduling must be requested at least 5 business days before your scheduled date
Contact: hello@empire.kitchen with subject "Reschedule Request"
Reschedules are subject to Lace's availability
After 2 Reschedules:
If you reschedule a third time, the original booking fee is forfeited
You may book a new workshop at full current price if desired
Rescheduling Deadline:
Requests must be submitted 5+ business days before the scheduled date
Requests submitted less than 5 business days before are not guaranteed to be accommodated
3. NO-SHOW POLICY
What Constitutes a No-Show:
Failure to join the workshop by 10 minutes after scheduled start time
No prior cancellation or reschedule request
No-Show Consequence:
Full booking fee is forfeited
No refund will be issued
You may reschedule to a future date if rescheduling policy still allows (see Section 2)
Communication:
If you anticipate not being able to attend, contact hello@empire.kitchen immediately
Even if you contact us after the workshop starts, it does not change the no-show status if you did not attend
4. REFUND POLICY
Refunds Issued:
Refunds are only issued if Lace cancels the workshop within 24 hours of the scheduled time
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days
Refunds NOT Issued:
No refunds for no-shows (see Section 3)
No refunds for cancellations by the booking party (you can only reschedule, up to 2 times)
No refunds after the workshop has been delivered
No refunds for dissatisfaction with workshop content (all workshops are delivered as described)
No refunds for technical issues on your end (internet connection, device problems, etc.)
5. ATTENDANCE & PARTICIPATION
Who Can Attend:
All people on your team up to your registered number (e.g., if you paid for 14 people, up to 14 can attend)
Additional attendees beyond your registered number are not permitted without prior arrangement (email hello@empire.kitchen)
If you have more people wanting to attend than you booked for, you can upgrade to the next tier before the workshop date
Recording:
Lace may record the workshop for her own use and for providing replays to registered participants
You may not record or screenshot the workshop without prior written permission
By booking, you consent to being recorded
Confidentiality:
The content of the workshop is proprietary and for your team's use only
You may not share the workshop recording publicly or commercially
You may share the recording with team members who were unable to attend
6. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
Your Responsibility:
You are responsible for providing a stable internet connection
You are responsible for providing the Zoom link/access details to your team
Technical issues on your end (lost connection, device failure, etc.) do not result in refunds or rescheduling
Lace is not responsible for your IT setup or troubleshooting on your equipment
Lace's Responsibility:
Lace will deliver the workshop on a reliable platform (Zoom)
If Lace experiences technical issues that prevent delivery, she will reschedule at no additional cost
7. CONTENT & EXPECTATIONS
What's Included:

Recipe + variations (digital)
Meal planning template (digital)
Framework for sustainable nourishment (digital)
What's NOT Included:
One-on-one coaching or consultation
Ongoing support beyond the workshop
Dietary or medical advice (this is not a medical consultation)
Customized meal plans for individual team members
Disclaimer:
This workshop is educational and motivational in nature
It is not a substitute for medical or nutritional advice from a qualified professional
If your team members have medical conditions or dietary restrictions, they should consult their doctor before making changes
8. LIABILITY & DISCLAIMERS
Assumption of Risk:
By attending the workshop, you acknowledge that cooking and food preparation carry inherent risks
You assume all responsibility for the safety and wellbeing of your team members
Lace is not liable for injuries, allergies, or adverse reactions
Allergy Warning:
The workshop demonstrates cooking with common ingredients
If team members have allergies, they are responsible for notifying themselves and avoiding applicable foods
Lace is not responsible for allergic reactions
No Medical Advice:
The workshop is educational only and does not constitute medical, nutritional, or dietary advice
Participants should consult their healthcare provider before making significant dietary changes
9. PAYMENT PLAN & INVOICING
Payment Terms:
Payment in full is required at booking
No payment plans or installments available
No invoices beyond the one issued at time of payment
Company Billing:
If paying on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to make this purchase
You are responsible for any internal company approval required
Invoices will be sent to the email provided at booking
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Workshop Content:
All materials, recipes, frameworks, and content created by Lace are her intellectual property
You may use the materials for internal team purposes only
You may not reproduce, sell, or distribute the content without written permission
Your Usage Rights:
You have a one-time, non-exclusive license to use the workshop materials for your team
You may not modify or create derivative works from the materials
You may not claim the materials as your own
11. AMENDMENTS & CHANGES
Lace's Right to Modify:
Lace reserves the right to modify workshop format, timing, or content with 48 hours' notice
If significant changes are made, you may reschedule or request a refund (Lace's discretion)
T&Cs Updates:
These T&Cs may be updated at any time
Updates apply to new bookings only
Existing bookings are governed by the T&Cs in effect at time of booking
12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Communication:
Any disputes should be communicated to hello@empire.kitchen within 5 business days of the workshop
Lace will respond within 5 business days
Escalation:
If unresolved after initial communication, disputes will be handled in good faith
Both parties agree to attempt resolution before any legal action
Governing Law:
These T&Cs are governed by the laws of United Kingdom
Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation or informal mediation
